That's right, kids.  I'm not even going to beat around the bush, tell you about all the results returned from googling that say it is not possible, or all the websites which will expand your URL -- to the full destination -- but that's it.

Stack Overflow says it is not possible.  I would go post this, but I am queasy thinking I might not do it with the proper format or something.

Thou needst not of google, my Gentle Reader, nor needst thou bing.  Twitter alone is enough.  Search for the URL in quotation marks in the Twitter search bar like so:
