i was not in fact violating any such thing AFAIK.
i went and read the links. i was merely discussing how all this time i had misunderstood the little 'your location' icon, above -- by 180 degrees.

which is nice because it was not because i had lost my mind, or suddenly become an idiot, flowers-for-Algernon style.

because i considered that kind of apparent WTFF stupidity a dealbreaker at my age. (i mean come on, i'm 26 already!) i was through with being stuck with someone that lame doing the navigating. i was outta here... but i was having a hard time breaking up with myself.
so whatever infraction you think i infracted, please reconsider. i love you, Google, which means, i want to do right by you, & i am under the i̶l̶l̶u̶s̶i̶o̶n̶ impression that you feel similarly.
