perhaps this can become a simple way to send maps to people with old- or just dumb- ass mobile phones

how to make the contacts you have been wearing already way too long fresh like the first time

of course the author is not a certified doctor so this is not advice. entertainment purposes only. do it at your own risk. repeat that last sentence.

• wash them with the soap --
• a drop or too
• (touch clean hands to the container since it isn't a dropper bottle -- the amount that will cover tip of your finger is good --no need to overdo --
• rub them between your fingers. like you were doing dishes. -- .
• ⁃ rinse good
• can use a jar
• with eight oz filtered water and 1/8 tsp (recipe for saline)
• shake it THREE TIMES.
• or can use running water for a long ass time
• keeping hold of them well -- do not lose down drain!!
• if you do important to soak in saline at end
• then a little tea tree
• (same amount as soap )
• this will get off deposits and gunk as well as disinfect)
• then soap and then water or saline rinse AGAIN.
• you may omit one go round and start with the tea tree soap
• but only if it wasn't too bad in the first place.
• then 'rinse' in the secret rinse that i am patenting.
• hands very clean ?
• nails scrubbed?
• spray off with bottled saline.
• if you can let them soak then for like 5 min in bottled saline.
• is the container clean?
• make sure its disinfected -- alcohol and then a long rinse is good

How To Make Awesome Vacuum Pot Coffee Without A Vacuum Pot*

1. Boil water.
2. grind coffee -- two grinders full for three cups should do it.
3. when water boils take off of heat
4. pour a little water in 32oz mason jar and pour out (to warm jar)
5. put coffee in jar
6. put one tablespoon sugar (or one washed eggshell) in jar
7. pour water in jar to just over three-fourths full
8. stir to wet coffee and dissolve sugar
9. tighten lid with towel over jar and oven mitt on
10. gently shake
11. GENTLY AND QUICKLY OPEN JAR JUST A LITTLE -- HOT LIQUID WILL BE FORCIBLY EXPELLED which is why the towel and oven mitt
12. tighten lid
13. GENTLY AND QUICKLY OPEN JAR JUST A LITTLE -- HOT LIQUID WILL BE FORCIBLY EXPELLED
14. tighten lid
15. one more time GENTLY AND QUICKLY OPEN JAR JUST A LITTLE - no more should be expelled
16. tighten lid well
17. put jar in bowl of cold tap water (NO ICE) -- roll around for three minutes or until it begins to 'boil' in the jar, whichever is first
18. take jar out
19. open carefully -- may be difficult -- you may need a ri\ubber glove and  strength.  a thin knife up under lid carefully will break seal, as will hot water on lid, or, worst care, a pinhole in lid.
20. AWESOME COFFEE. strain and enjoy.  may need to be heated slightly.  excellent iced.

*and with a vacuum pot there's a trick -- this way is better than the conventional vacuum pot method
